The dark chocolate chunks are perfectly scattered through each biscuit, not just a drizzle on top, and the shortbread itself has that proper crumbly melt. I opened the tin expecting one, ended up finishing three in a row with my tea.
The sealed bag inside the tin really does the trick—these stayed fresh for over a week, and each biscuit still had that perfect crunch with the dark chocolate melting just right. Seven rounds feels like the ideal amount to savor without feeling guilty.
The chocolate chunks are properly dark and rich, not overly sweet, which balances the buttery shortbread perfectly. I opened the tin expecting to eat one, and somehow three were gone before I even put the kettle on. The seven biscuits are a decent size for the price.
