Each box contains 16 mini Scottish shortbread biscuits that are bursting with wonderful flavour, the perfect gift for friends and family for Christmas, birthdays or any other special occasion, or simply to treat yourself. This flavour is a heavenly contrast between the sweetness of shortbread and the sharp taste of citrus. Delicious.

Our shortbread biscuits with lemon were winners of 1-star Great Taste Awards in 2020, 2017 and 2016.

INGREDIENTS: Flour (Wheat Flour (Gluten), Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Butter (Milk, Salt), Sugar, Ground Rice, Vegetable Oils (Segregated Sustainable Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Lemon Pulp (1.9%) (Lemon, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Lemon Oil (0.7%).

The lemon flavor is subtle but really comes through in each bite — these mini shortbreads are dangerously easy to eat by the handful. Perfect size for a wee treat with tea, and the box looks lovely as a gift.

I ordered these as a little indulgence, and the buttery shortbread with subtle lemon zest is genuinely delicious. My only tiny gripe is that 16 mini biscuits disappear fast—I'd gladly pay for a bigger box.
