Gemaakt met een recept dat al generaties lang wordt doorgegeven, afkomstig van de oprichter van Shortbread House. Het gebruik van boter van de beste kwaliteit en een beetje rijstebloem zorgt voor een heerlijke smaak en een lichte, knapperige textuur.
