Elk blik bevat zeven ronde originele shortbread koekjes, verzegeld in een zakje in het blik. Dit recept wordt al generaties lang gekoesterd en het geheim doorgegeven. Er wordt boter van de beste kwaliteit gebruikt voor een heerlijke smaak, en de toevoeging van een beetje rijstemeel zorgt voor een lichte, knapperige textuur.
