Kevin ★★★★★

The seal on the bag inside the tin keeps them perfectly crisp—I opened it a week ago and they’re still as crumbly as day one. Each of the seven biscuits has just enough stem ginger to feel indulgent without overpowering the buttery shortbread. This is my new tea-time ritual.

The ginger hits just right—warm and spicy without overpowering the buttery shortbread. Seven biscuits in the tin felt plenty for a few days of tea breaks, and the sealed bag kept them fresh and crumbly to the last one.

The tin is a lovely size for gifting, and the seven biscuits inside arrived perfectly intact. The warming ginger flavour is just right, not too overpowering, and the shortbread itself has a lovely crumbly texture. I've already ordered another one.
