Jokainen rasia sisältää kaksi suljettua pakettia, joissa kummassakin on kahdeksan sormea. Shortbread House käyttää perinteistä menetelmää shortbread-sormien valmistukseen. Taikinan paistamisen jälkeen ne leikataan käsin sormiksi vielä lämpiminä uunista tullessa.

Alkuperäisen reseptimme shortbread-keksejä on palkittu 2 tähden Great Taste -palkinnolla vuosina 2024, 2023 ja 2019 sekä 1 tähden Great Taste -palkinnolla vuosina 2025, 2020, 2018 ja 2017.
