Cada lata contiene dos paquetes sellados de ocho dedos cada uno. Shortbread House utiliza el método tradicional para elaborar sus dedos de galleta de mantequilla. Tras hornear la masa en bandejas, los cortan a mano en forma de dedos mientras aún están calientes del horno.
