Benjamin ★★★★★

The texture is spot on—crumbly but sturdy enough for dunking—and the ginger is warm without being overpowering. I also appreciate that they ditched the plastic trays, since that's 75% less waste for the same great cookie.

Victoria ★★★★★

The stem ginger kicks through every bite without overpowering the buttery shortbread, and the texture stays properly crumbly. The new packaging is noticeably lighter too, which I appreciate since I tend to order these every month.

Amelia ★★★★★

The ginger heat creeps in at the end of each crumbly bite—exactly what I wanted with my afternoon tea. These are properly buttery, and the new paper-only box means zero plastic guilt while I polish off the whole thing in three days.
