Each tin contains two sealed packs of eight fingers each. Shortbread House uses the traditional method of making shortbread fingers. After baking the dough in trays, they cut them into fingers by hand while still warm from the oven.

Our original recipe shortbread biscuits were winners of 2-star Great Taste Awards in 2024, 2023, and 2019, and 1-star Great Taste Awards in 2025, 2020, 2018 and 2017.

INGREDIENTS: Flour (Wheat Flour (Gluten), Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Butter (Milk, Salt), Sugar, Ground Rice, Vegetable Oils (Segregated Sustainable Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil).
